FLAVADENT Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter
    This giveaway is organised by flavadent, in collaboration with Wythenshawe Dental Clinic. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok.
  2. Eligibility
    • Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
    • Employees of flavadent or Wythenshawe Dental Clinic are not eligible.
    • By entering, participants confirm they meet all eligibility requirements.
  3. How to Enter
    To be eligible, participants must complete ALL of the following:
    1. Purchase from the flavadent pre-order
    2. Follow flavadent on Instagram and TikTok
    3. Follow Wythenshawe Dental Clinic on Instagram
    4. Repost the giveaway post on Instagram and TikTok
    5. Tag three (3) people in the comments section
  4. The Prize
    One (1) Smile Makeover worth up to £3,500, including composite bonding on up to 10 teeth.
    Treatment will take place exclusively at Wythenshawe Dental Clinic, Manchester.
  5.  Medical & Treatment Conditions
    • A clinical consultation is required prior to treatment.
    • Any pre-treatment required before composite bonding must be paid for by the winner.
    • All treatment is subject to clinical suitability and professional judgement.
    • The prize has no cash alternative and is non-transferable.
  6. Travel & Additional Costs
    • All travel, accommodation, and related expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
    • flavadent and Wythenshawe Dental Clinic will not cover these costs.
  7. Winner Selection
    • The giveaway will remain open until all flavadent pre-order stock has been sold.
    • The winner will be selected at random only after all pre-orders are completed.
    • One winner will be contacted via Instagram or TikTok direct message.
    • If no response is received within 48 hours, another winner may be selected.
  8. Content Creation & Marketing
    • By entering, participants agree that if selected as the winner, they will take part in content creation.
    • This may include photos, videos, and before-and-after content.
    • Content may be used for marketing by flavadent and Wythenshawe Dental Clinic.
    • No additional compensation will be provided beyond the prize.
  9. General
    • The promoters reserve the right to amend or cancel the giveaway if required.
    • Fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
    • Entry constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
